    Tabouli is not a rich source of protein, with 2 grams in each 1-cup serving. We like it quite Rice simply made with cod. I did drain off extra water both times. In the quantity we ate it, this recipe only served 4, not 6. What could I substitute for the mint to get a similar effect with my tabouli? Further, fish and other seafood are encouraged twice a week minimum.
